Shipping Information
Originals:
All artwork is wrapped in paper, padded extremely well, and sent in a well-fitting sturdy cardboard box.
Most artwork will ship via USPS or UPS (will include tracking and insurance). Shipping typically takes 3-6 business days depending on your location.
Oil paintings take a substantial amount of time to dry. It can take 4-7 weeks from painting completion and I will not ship before it can be packaged properly. If you commission an oil painting, please keep this in mind.
I do not ship Internationally at this time.
Prints & Note Cards:
Prints & Note Cards will typically be shipped via USPS using their flat rate envelope or box. Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days.
Processing:
Please know, once you have placed your order it can take up to 48 hours to process and ship out.
Shipping costs cover fees, packaging supplies, time, labor, and storage:
I am a small business and I try to offer fair flat rate shipping costs but shipping is expensive. Because of this I only offer flat rate on items under 24”x24” (not including).
Oversized items will require additional shipping. Once you have purchased your painting I will confirm your shipping and a separate invoice will be sent. (You can reach out to me for a general idea prior to purchasing.)
Oversized Items:
Art over 24”X24” is considered oversized and will require extra shipping.
Local PIck-up:
If you are near the DeLand, FL area you are welcome to coordinate local pickup for your order. Be sure to select Local Pick-up at checkout and drop me a line at tamela@tamelakoshiolart.com
Returns
All paintings and sale items or final. I try to do my best to make sure that you know what you're getting - I want you to be thrilled with your new art. Please email me with questions and concerns at tamela@tamelakoshiolart.com
